Originally from Puerto Rico, Kenneth earned his Juris Doctor from the Pontifical Catholic University of Puerto Rico and later completed a Master of Laws (LL.M.) in Entertainment, Arts, and Sports Law from the University of Miami School of Law.

Kenneth began his legal career at RodFel Law, where he joined as an intern and steadily advanced through the roles of law clerk and paralegal before becoming an Associate Attorney. His practice focuses on entertainment, copyright, trademark, and immigration law. Within the entertainment sector, Kenneth works on a wide range of transactional and negotiation matters, including the drafting and negotiation of recording agreements, producer agreements, licensing agreements and other corporate matters.

Fluent in both English and Spanish, Kenneth is dedicated to providing thoughtful and strategic counsel to clients navigating the creative and legal aspects of their careers. A passionate follower of music and sports, he combines his industry understanding with his legal training to help clients protect and elevate their work.
