Originally from Puerto Rico, Kenneth advises clients at the intersection of entertainment, intellectual property, and business strategy. He earned his Juris Doctor from the Pontifical Catholic University of Puerto Rico and later completed a Master of Laws (LL.M.) in Entertainment, Arts, and Sports Law at the University of Miami School of Law, where he further developed a focused understanding of the legal frameworks that support the creation, distribution, and monetization of creative works.

Kenneth began his legal career at RodFel, joining the firm as an intern and advancing through the role of law clerk before becoming an Associate Attorney. He represents clients across entertainment, copyright, trademark, and immigration law, with an emphasis on transactional work, rights management, and brand protection.

Within the entertainment sector, Kenneth works on a broad range of drafting, review, and negotiation matters, including recording agreements, producer agreements, licensing agreements, and related corporate arrangements. He also supports clients in rights clearance matters essential to the lawful release and commercialization of music, including agreements and negotiations related to the clearance of rights in songs, such as sample clearances and interpolation clearances. In addition, Kenneth assists with live performance transactions, including the negotiation and documentation of performance and appearance arrangements, supporting clients in structuring deals that reflect business objectives while addressing rights, fees, and operational terms.

Complementing his entertainment practice, Kenneth advises on copyright and trademark matters including registrations and prosecutions that help clients protect original works and strengthen brand identity. He also assists with immigration visas matters that support professional mobility and long-term planning for clients whose careers and business opportunities extend across jurisdictions.
